YZi Labs Launches EASY Residency Season 2: A Global Gateway for Startups

Renowned blockchain investment firm YZi Labs (formerly Binance Labs) has officially announced the second season of its global startup accelerator, EASY Residency. the program will run from October 6 to December 5, 2025, lasting a total of eight weeks

Expansion and Structure

To overcome previous challenges such as travel and visa limitations, the new season will be hosted in four global hubs — Dubai, San Francisco, New York, and Singapore. Dubai will serve as the main headquarters, where the Demo Day will take place as part of Binance Blockchain Week.

Each city will host workshops, lectures, and in-person networking events under one unified program—allowing participants from different regions to connect and collaborate seamlessly.

Benefits and Opportunities
  • This year, the initiative is integrated with BNB Chain’s Most Valuable Builder (MVB) accelerator program, which has already supported early-stage startups across more than ten seasons.
  • Selected startups can receive up to $500,000 in funding — including $150,000 for 5% equity, plus an optional $350,000 uncapped SAFE investment
  • Mentors for the program include high-profile names such as CZ (Binance), Vitalik Buterin (Ethereum), Sandeep Nailwal (Polygon), and Matt Huang (Paradigm).
  • The focus areas for Season 2 include Stablecoins & Payments, Web3 Creator Tools, Agentic AI, and Gene Therapy — with in-depth guidance on software development, scaling, business growth, and leadership

This initiative opens a global door for tech innovators and founders to transform their ideas into scalable businesses. By expanding across multiple cities, YZi Labs aims to reduce geographical and logistical barriers, while empowering diverse founders to access mentorship, funding, and international exposure.

The four-hub model not only ensures accessibility but also enables startups to tap into local markets and resources. After some logistical issues during the first season, this expansion demonstrates YZi Labs’ commitment to building a more inclusive and borderless innovation ecosystem.
